How to Request a Refund

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, broken, or isn't what you ordered, email us with a photo and your order number. We'll send a replacement immediately at no charge.

Order Cancellations

Need to cancel? Email us within 12 hours of placing your order and we'll cancel it before it ships. After that, orders are already in fulfilment and we can't intercept them β€” but the 60-day guarantee still applies once you receive it.
